Information we collect: We require some information from our users which will be used in account creating, contacting and improving our services. However, the data provided by users is kept secure and we do not share it (except the companies that provide us email and payments services or the state departments, if asked). We do not collect your very personal information like home address, CNIC, Passport etc.  We need only

  • Your name & current City
  • WhatsApp number
  • Email address

Cookies and other non-personal data: Additionally, the LMS (Learning Management System) can get your Browser type, I.P address and Device type for better user experience and smooth performance. However, we do not ask for any additional permissions or to accept our cookies etc manually.

Your Rights: You are free to

  • Provide or refuse any data.
  • Modify your data or profile any time.
  • Delete your account or data from our site.
 

Compliance with Pakistani Laws: We follow Pakistan’s data protection laws to protect your privacy. We follow the rules and regulations established by govt. of Pakistan. We are not responsible for the acts of any individual contacting us.

Coupon codes & Discounts: The price of our courses is very less than the local offline academies and tuition centers. However, you can use the coupon codes provided to you for further discounts. A coupon can be collected

  • If there is an ongoing Sale
  • If you are purchasing more than 1 course
  • If you or your family is not in good financial conditions (Get free course).
  • If you are Orphan and can’t afford.

REFUND POLICY

Please read the following terms and conditions for your better understanding of refunds.

Refund Window: You can claim a full refund within 1 day (24 hours) after you Enroll in any course.

Eligibility Criteria: You can claim a refund if you have NOT completed the course and Quizzes. A refund will not be issued if you have completed

  • 1 Full chapter of any course/book or more.
  • Downloaded all resources of any chapter or more.
  • Attempted Exercise and Practice MCQs of more than 1 chapter.

Processing Time: If you meet the criteria of our refund policy you will be rewarded a full refund within 2 working days (48 hours) after your claim.

Non-Refundable Situations: A refund will not be issued if you are

  • Using free available resources.
  • Using the full discount coupons.
  • Claiming after the refund time window.

How to request a refund?

Contact using Website’s Contact us page or WhatsApp. We will review your course progress manually and will send the refund to your account provided if you meet our criteria mentioned above. We will ask for

  • Proof of payment (receipt and transaction id)
  • Your Account number (to send refund)

USER AGREEMENT

Your consent: By registration on this platform means you are agreed to our terms and conditions. In case of violation, Offence or data piracy, your account will be suspended.

Important Note: Please make it clear that

  • The terms and conditions can be changed by our administration without prior notice.
  • Any document, Screenshot or data is not valid for legal issues, courts or other state institutions.
  • No offline data, payment or service by BioKiClass.com will be done.
  • In case of any fraud, illegal transaction due to your mistake and violating the terms and conditions, you will be responsible.
